OCR & ULTRA TRAINING

Coach Charlotte’s specialty when it comes to programming is OCR and ultras because for the last 7 years she has devoted her personal life to being an athlete in both disciplines. She understands the needs that ultra runners have regarding strength and mobility, as well as the grip and upper body strength versus speed involved with OCR training. She shares her hands-on personal knowledge as well as years coaching others in these fields with every class and program!

Learn fundamentals, form, work-specific poses or openings, one on one without the pressure of a class in a private environment.

Burn, Build, and Have Fun!

All group classes will focus on functional movements (using BBs, DBs, KBs, bands, and balls) coupled with an emphasis on mobility. They will include workout split days – such as leg burners and upper circuits. Clients will burn calories, build muscle and have fun – all while enjoying a friendly and encouraging setting! All classes will offer both advanced options as well as modifications for beginners. Movements are taught with safety and effectiveness in mind. Every class is different, dynamic, and has a little something for everyone!

PRICING

In-person  | 60mins:

  • $65 – when you purchase 4 sessions or more at a time
  • $55 – 3-month commitment*

*For the 3-month commitment, it is a minimum of 4-60min sessions per month.

In-person  |  30mins:

  • $40 – when you purchase x 8 or more at a time
  • $30 – 3-month commitment*

*For the 3-month commitment, it is a minimum of 8-30min sessions per month.

REMOTE COACHING

Slay fitness coaching offers completely individualized weekly coaching. New workouts/runs and mobility wods are uploaded weekly through the Final Surge app. Every program is carefully crafted to suit each client’s individual goals, needs, and access to equipment. The programs are sent weekly to adapt to any injury, schedule changes, goal shifts, or a simple need for more variety. Depending on the level of fitness and goals everyone receives between 3-6 wods a week -regardless if they are doing month to month or committing to the 3 months or more. 

Remote Coaching – OCR, Ultra running, Overall Fitness, Weightloss
